Succession Law
We know that the death of a loved one is something traumatic in anyone's life. However, if the deceased has left assets, there is a need to inventory them as soon as possible, either by judicial or extrajudicial means, otherwise a fine will be imposed by the State at the time of transferring the assets to the heirs.
Also within the scope of Succession Law, there are wills, which correspond to the last expressed will of the deceased in relation to the availability and division of assets.
