Contracts are agreements between two or more people who express their will, in accordance with the legal system, intended to establish a regulation of interests between the parties, with the aim of acquiring, modifying or extinguishing legal relationships of an equity nature.

Although Brazilian legislation provides in the Civil Code and other norms the typification of some contracts, such as those of purchase and sale , provision of services , insurance , lease , among others, nothing prevents the agreement of contracts not found in the law, as with the contract of  " vesting ", provided that the object is lawful and that the general rules of the Civil Code are respected.

Other important points must be taken into account when signing a contract, such as the existence of an abusive clause   or excessive burden on one of the parties, points that can be discussed in a lawsuit.

Therefore, it is important that at the time of drafting the contract both parties are assisted by a lawyer, in order to avoid any transgression de direitos.
